Dit onderdeel is de Fazley 10924 (geleverd per stuk). Het gaat om een ongelakte Fazley FST body, bedoeld voor een elektrische gitaar. Deze losse body is gemaakt van paulownia en is voorzien van de benodigde uitsparingen. Vanwege de verrassend lage prijs leent deze body zich uitstekend voor zelfbouwprojecten.

J'ai commandé ce corps de guitare il y a quelques semaines.
Je viens de terminer le montage de la guitare en récupérant des élements d'autres guitares que je n'utilise plus.
Le corps a été traité avec un vernis transparent de qualité et donne un effet magnifique.
J'ai monté un pickguard précablé Fender Stratocaster Hot Noiseless SSS Tortoise Shell.
A ma grande surprise la sonorité est surprenante! L'avantage est également que la guitare est très légère.
J'ai malgré tout dû effectuer quelques adaptations pour que tout soit parfaitement ajusté!
Si vous êtes un peu bricoleur, je recommande!

I've been using this blanc body (as well as full kit with neck and mechanics) to build Customs from very different styles.
I won't give any comparison towards "sizing" compared to original Stratocaster as I never let it "as such" but always temper the body.
For this purpose I strongly recommend this product as it perfectly reacts to cut and sanding, being solid but lightweight as well as a very nice inner resonance of the used wood.
Speaking of wood, each body received is of course slightly different, which I do like as it gives a different "grain" to each and every new unique project.

Ordered this to use in a project. I thought it would be a standard strat dimensioned body. The neck pocket is too wide (57mm) to put a normal strat neck on it and the body depth is only 41mm ish thick, preventing use of the better tremolo bridges (I wanted to use a Wilkinson). There are short blocks you can get but everything was non standard and would have been an unnecessarily expensive build. It's a shame as the weight of this is really light which is why I chose it. It's going back. They have missed a trick here, if they had made it standard thickness and allowed a standard neck to fit they would have a really good product. HBF
