Algemeen

Following in the footsteps of Lehle's other highly popular and high-quality volume pedals, the Mono Volume S is now available, which is 50% lighter and 35% smaller. In terms of performance, durability, and overall quality, this volume pedal from this acclaimed brand is just as excellent. This is partly because this pedal has no mechanical potentiometers, meaning you don't have to worry about expensive repairs or hissing noise. You can adjust the volume of your sound quickly and precisely with your foot using the magnetic Hall sensor of this very compact footswitch. The analog VCA also contributes significantly to this, is driven by a special ARM Cortex CPU, and simultaneously ensures that the signal path remains pleasantly analog.

Mono Volume S: quality sound, easy to operate, and useful extra options

Furthermore, the high frequencies always come through clearly in every situation and are therefore never attenuated. And while playing, you can enjoy a large total dynamic range of 120 dB. Although it already moves very smoothly as standard thanks to the low-friction polymer bearings, you can fine-tune the Lehle Mono Volume S even further to your preferences via the adjustment screw. In addition to the regular output, you can also use a buffered output to send your sound elsewhere. Need a little more gain? No problem, because this volume pedal also gives you the option to add up to 12 dB extra. You can also easily control MIDI devices with the USB output.

Really robust professional volume pedal. Requires 9v 150ma power from a power supply rather than battery. Works to buffer the impedance - so great at the start of a pedal fx signal chain. Has flange mountings so can be attached with screws/bolts to a pedal board. Can be easily configured to boost the level. Has an additional direct unattenuated output for eg a tuning pedal. Pedal position remains where it was left - this is adjustable so presumably if it starts to flop can be tightened again. Not cheap, but pedals get a lot of use gigging , and hopefully this one won’t let me down on stage
