Fazley FSG418WH elektrische gitaar wit

I bought this guitar as a 'B-stock' item so I wasn’t expecting it to be in pristine condition and indeed it was not, but I can live with the small defects. This was not a fault of the shipping packaging which was excellent. Double boxed in Bax Music boxes and the guitar itself was wrapped in a serious amount of Bubble wrap. It also came with a lead and truss rod Allen key.

Overall I think the build quality is very good for a guitar in this price range. Sound-wise it’s not a Gibson SG but has it’s own unique sound, which is very good. This of course, is amp dependant. The ’out of the box’ action height was to my liking and the strings looked fairly new. The paint finish was also acceptable considering the price.

The only downside was the delivery by Parcelforce. The item was in stock when I ordered it and I paid for 24 hour delivery. The guitar arrived 6 days later. Complete crap.

Nevertheless, I shall be visiting the Bax Music website again and also recommending them to any of my friends who may be looking for a good quality, cheap guitar.

Overall very pleased with the guitar, it just needed a quick tune up then played well out of the box, great sound, didn't need any other set up and looks pretty good too - from a distance. Close inspection of the finish shows the paint finish is quite thin and flat, I found a chip on the lower cutout, the chrome plate on the neck pickup has a chip missing. I guess for the price I can't expect perfection, but these things are not about money, just a lack of quality control. I bought the guitar to play not to look at, hence the 4 stars for playability, loses one star for the quality issues.

Bit skeptical buying this as the reviews said the neck came broken but I’ve unboxed mine this morning and it’s in perfect condition, plays extremely nice and would recommend to any new-ish player.
Glad I took the risk.
